Hallsley A Year In Review

A year in review for Hallsley. In 2014 – in addition to hosting Richmond’s first-ever Southern Living Showcase Home and the most successful-ever Symphony Designer House – Hallsley opened 5 new neighborhoods, hosted 5 Realtor parties, was named Community of the Year by readers of Richmond Magazine, and held the Grand Opening for our $3.5 million dollar Resident’s Club.

And 2015 promises to be even more eventful. This Spring we will have a Tour of Homes and Art Show April 25 and 26, followed by a Grand Opening of our active adult, maintenance provided neighborhood called Saville Park in early May. Then in the fall Hallsley will be host to the Massey Street of Hope – a fund-raiser for VCU Massey Cancer Center. We will have 7 designer models open for tour from September 11th to the 27th. In addition to the home tour, we are planning a Private Preview Party, Weekend Special Events, and Thursday Night Concerts for the Cure.
