Hallsley Site Of RSOL Designer House
The Symphony Designer House is the Richmond Symphony Orchestra League’s (RSOL) semi-annual fundraising event featuring daily house tours and gala preview party.
Hallsley, a master planned community located in the Village of Midlothian, has been selected as the site of the 2014 Richmond Symphony Designer Home. Bel Arbor Builders is now constructing the nearly 5,000 square foot home that will feature more than 20 designers, each taking a space to show-off their talents. The home will be the centerpiece of a new neighborhood in Hallsley and will be open for tour for four weeks from September 15 through October 13, 2014. The Gala Party is planned for September 13. The RSOL will host several other events including a Designers Luncheon. The location of the home was announced in the January 2014 issue of Richmond magazine.
This rounds out an exciting and eventful year for Hallsley. This spring is the model home grand opening for the neighborhood of Westhaven – which will include 4 fully furnished model homes. In early summer, the Southern Living Custom Builder Home will be open for tour, and now, in the fall, is the Richmond Symphony Designer Home will be attracting thousands of visitors to Hallsley. Hallsley is also scheduled to have a grand opening for the Hallsley Resident’s Club before year-end.
This highly anticipated semi-annual fundraiser benefitting the Richmond Symphony officially kicks off to the public with a Gala Preview Party on September 13. The house is then open for daily tours from September 15 through October 13. During the course of the month-long event, special events and private parties are available to be booked at the site.
In addition to being able to tour the approximately 20 beautiful design spaces, tour goers can enjoy lunch in the café and shop in the Designer House Boutique.
