Hallsley Hosts 200 at SMC Social

The grand opening of the Bel Arbor furnished model in Hallsley was the site of the 2013 Holiday Social for the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Richmond. Two-hundred builders, new home site agents, mortgage lenders, developers, and others came to mingle and see the success that Hallsley has achieved this year. To date, Hallsley has more than tripled home sales last year. The community has also sold a homesite every 3 days in 2013 – where none were sold in 2012.  Five new model homes are now underway and will be opening this Spring.
