Hallsley Residents Collect Most Ever For U. S. Marine Drive

Hallsley residents’ joined forces for the 5th Annual Hallsley Toys for Tots drive and collected over 1,500 toys for the U. S. Marine Corps annual Christmas fund-raiser to help share the joy of the season with children under the age of 12 years that are in need. Last year the community donated just over 1,100 toys – making this year’s donation the biggest ever for the annual event.

To make the evening even more special, Santa arrived to the Hallsley Residents clubhouse in grand style, playing his bagpipes and accompanied by Mrs Claus. The children gathered around the Christmas Tree as Santa reads special holiday stories. The U. S. Marine Corps also came with a military truck to take all the toys collected away in style!
