How exciting is this? Richmond is number 4 in the Top 10 Hottest Housing Markets for 2014.
According to the National Association of Realtors, home prices are beginning to reflect the increase in home sales in our area, and that is in part thanks to our diverse and stable economy.

- Forecast gain through Sept. 2014: 8.5%
We are already seeing a flurry of activity with new homes in Hallsley at Midlothian, and are excited about what this could mean for the future!
